Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay — there are no surprise charges after checkout.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), and we always aim for the fastest handling possible.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout.

What size fragrance oil should I choose?

Our fragrance oils come in 200 mL and 500 mL. The 200 mL is a great way to try a new scent; the 500 mL is better value if you already have a favorite.

Can I return a fragrance oil?

Yes, if it is unused and unopened, within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrance oils cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible, ideally with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

What if the product I want is sold out?

Some of our most loved products sell out quickly. Contact us through our Contact page and we will let you know when it is expected back — or join our email list at the bottom of this page to be the first to know.
